Easy to prepare – refreshing. High in vitamin C and antioxidants. Boosts immune system. Great if you are feeling a little lackluster too!
2 broccoli florets
2 cups of apple juice
2 tablespoons of Elderflower Presse (add more to taste if required).
Slice avocado in half and peel out fruit from the skin with a teaspoon (remove stone). Cut lemon in half and squeeze into juicer or blender. Add broccoli (washed and chopped) . Pour in apple juice and Elderflower Presse. Blend all of above until completely smooth. Pour over ice! Add coconut water or sparkling water to taste – or, enjoy as it is!
